Climbing wall

The other week, when Terri's dad and fam were in town, we spent the day up at Snowbird. They have a climbing wall built on to the the side of the Cliff Lodge, about 120' high. It was a good time.
Emily, having done little, if any climbing in her life did a fantastic job! If it weren't for the dreaded flash pump (read this link) I think she would have made it all the way to the top! Maybe next time...

It's been awhile since one, I've gotten to just sit down and play with Max, and two, get my camera out and take some photos of him. He's getting so big. He's been rolling from his stomach for awhile now, and he's recently gotten pretty good at going from back to his stomach. And now we can see that he really wants to get moving. He's grabbing on to things to try and pull himself along. We got the rug he's on from FLOR, a great carpet company. The rug is made up of different tiles that have different textures.

He's about 4 months old here. I finally had some time to upload all the photos that have been sitting on the camera for too long. The feeling of your kid falling asleep in your arms is a hard one to beat.

Terri's dad, his wife Lusi, and her sister Emily came for a visit. We ate sushi. Max was happy.

I'm ready

We went out to dinner last night. Max is starting to feel left out, what with him not quite ready to eat solid food and drink out of a glass. Although, that doesn't stop him from trying.
