I had a few wonderful birthday celebrations with friends, I am very lucky. We were also able to celebrate my birthday at the Viking Cooking School in Salt Lake with a few close friends. It was the perfect party with all my favorite things and people. We had a four-course meal with a Squatters beer pairing. Delicious!
